Frequently Asked Questions

One fully paying registrant can present up to two papers. The paper accepted for the conference must be presented by the author/co-author.  The authors/co-authors registered for the conference, irrespective of the level/class of the registration, are entitled to present two papers at the conference and have them included in the IEEE Xplore. For any further paper, i.e., third, fourth, etc., presented at the conference by the registered author/co-author a mandatory fee of EUR 150 per additional paper must be paid.

If, for any justified reason, an author cannot attend the conference, and he/she is registered for the conference, the authors can send a video presentation of the paper which will be played during the session.

A paper that has up to 6 pages will be published with no extra charge. Papers having 7 pages or more will have to be charged 75 EUR/page for each additional page. The overall maximum number of pages is 10.

The copyright form should be submitted after the paper is accepted.

A PDF Xpress should be used for each submission: initial, revised and final.

Only abstracts will be included in the proceedings, therefore it is sufficient to submit only the abstract.

Yes, standard submission form is used (just like regular paper submission). In the Notes it should be mentioned that it is a Transaction paper.
