Development of Coordinated Control of Pv and Distributed Resources: Optimization of Contracted Power, Re Utilization Rate and Economic Efficiency
In order to contribute to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, this study considers the self-consumption model of off-site photovoltaic power generation (PV). For consumers who are oriented toward self-consumption of PV, reducing imbalance, cutting the peak load, and improving the utilization rate of PV are issues. In this study, battery energy storage system (BESS) attached to PV and co-generation system owned by consumers were assumed as available energy resources, and a control method was developed to optimize each index, as well as a control method to optimize the combination of these resources from the viewpoint of economic efficiency. Numerical simulation quantitatively evaluated each indicator and showed that it is possible to reduce running cost by incorporating imbalance reduction and PV utilization improvement as much as possible while advancing the load peak-cut effect.
