Real-Time Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading Process For Lv Advanced Distribution Management Systems

In this paper, a real-time data management framework specifically designed to manage the information generated by the smart meters in low voltage networks is proposed, implemented, tested and validated. The framework considers all the process, from data extraction to data transformation and loading process. The whole system is designed to be embedded in the so called advance distribution management system (ADMS) of the utility that comprises also many other functional blocks like the advance metering infrastructure (AMI) or the geographical information system (GIS).
